Inviting Users

To invite new users please complete the following steps: 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to sourcetheorem.com portal using your Data Theorem account.

  2. Click on the gear icon.

  3. Select Manage Users from the drop-down menu.

  4. Select INVITE USER.

    PLEASE NOTE

    Only user accounts assigned the Manager role can invite new users. A Manager account is assigned by default to the primary contact of your company. If you do not know who the main primary contact is for your company, please open a case by emailing support@datatheorem.com.

  5. The following fields are required to invite a new user:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email
    4. Role
    5. Authentication (OTP, SSO, SAML)
    6. Product access
  6. Select INVITE and the new user will receive an email inviting them to setup their new account.
