Single Sign On (SSO)

Single Sign-On is the most efficient and secure method to access the Data Theorem portal, which allows your existing domain to be used for authentication.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Google SSO
    1. If your organization supports Google domains, no extra steps are necessary as the Data Theorem portal supports Google domains by default. Simply choose “Google SSO” when inviting users to the portal.
  2. SAML SSO
    1. If your organization supports SAML, complete the the SAML setup steps located here.
      b. Once SAML is completed, select SAML when inviting a new user to the portal.
  3. OTP (One-Time Password)
    1. If your domain is not on Google and SAML has yet to be setup, users can leverage a One-Time Password (OTP) for login using a 2-factor authentication app. Simply choose “OTP” when inviting users to the portal.
      1. Please note OTP is only valid for 30 days, as users will forced to use Google SSO or SAML SSO eventually.
